Returns Policy

  • Our Winterberry Wool Returns  Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have lapsed since your purchase, regretfully, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it ie.. it must be unwashed and tags must still be secured..

  • Items that are marked and stained (for example food, drink, detergent, nicotine etc) WILL NOT be refunded and will be promptly returned to the customer

  • We require a courtesy email, detailing your order and problem with the product, together with a receipt of proof of purchase

  • A follow-up email, containing confirmation of postage, is then required

  •  Following an inspection of your returned goods, we shall notify you, via email, of its approval or rejection

  •  If applicable, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  •  Please be aware that each customer is responsible for any postal charges incurred, during the returns process

Non-returnable Items

There are some items that are not permitted for returns, which include:

  • Gift cards

  • Patterns, leaflets and booklets in hard-copy form

  • Any downloadable products

  • Yarn dyed to order

Late/ missing refunds

  • On inspection of your return, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment

  • If it seems that the refund hasn't been applied, we recommend another check of the account, bearing in mind that it can take a certain amount of time for the transaction to appear

  • We would then recommend you verbally check with the bank, in question

Exchanges (if applicable)

Winterberry Wool will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, then please send us an email at:

where we can discuss and arrange the exchange of said items

Return/ Exchange Costs 
To return/ exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 37, Garden House Estate, Crawcrook, Ryton, Tyne and Wear. NE40 4PP

As the customer, you are responsible for payment for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
